letstravelApp’i (“Uygulama”) indirerek, erişerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartlarını (“Şartlar”) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Şartların Kabulü
Uygulamayı kullanmanız, bu Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Hizmetin Tanımı
letstravelapp.net; benzer destinasyonlara, tarih aralıklarına ve ilgi alanlarına sahip kullanıcıların bağlantı kurabildiği, seyahat odaklı sosyal bir platform sunar.
3. Kullanıcı Hesapları
- Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmalısınız.
- Giriş bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
- Yanıltıcı, sahte veya uygunsuz içerik kesinlikle yasaktır.
4. Kullanıcı Davranışı
Uygulamayı kullanarak şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Diğer kullanıcılara taciz, zorbalık yapmak veya zarar vermek.
- Açık saçık, şiddet içerikli veya ayrımcı içerik paylaşmak.
- İzin almadan ticari amaçlarla Uygulamayı kullanmak.
- Yürürlükteki yasa ve düzenlemeleri ihlal etmek.
5. İçerik Sahipliği
Yüklediğiniz fotoğrafların ve bilgilerin sahibi sizsiniz. Ancak içerik paylaşarak, letstravelapp.net’e Uygulama içinde kullanmak, göstermek ve dağıtmak üzere münhasır olmayan, dünya çapında, telifsiz bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.
6. Hesabın Sonlandırılması
Bu Şartları, Gizlilik Politikamızı veya yürürlükteki yasaları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
7. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
letstravelapp.net; Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğabilecek dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
9. Şartlarda Değişiklik
Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Şartlar, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları dikkate alınmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir ve bu hukuka göre yorumlanır.
